The Head of the EU Monitoring Mission Ambassador Andrzej Tyszkiewicz opened the first EUMM photo exhibition “Life along the line- portraits from the ABL” in Tbilisi on 21 September. The exhibition presents photos taken during the daily work of the EUMM along the Administrative Boundary Line. Through the eyes of Mission member Ray Cooper the pictures give an insight to the life, work and daily challenges of those living close to the former conflict zone.
The exhibition has already been seen by over a hundred visitors at the Tiflis Avenue Gallery in old Tbilisi and later will move on to other towns of Georgia.
