On 22 February the Human Security Team of EUMM Field Office Zugdidi gave a presentation about the Mission, its mandate, recent achievements and challenges. The event organized by the NGO ‘Salto’ was part of an EU funded study trip for Coordinators of the European Volunteers Service involved in the Youth in Action Programme. The presentation was followed by an extensive question and answer session focused mostly on issues related to the conflict affected population, IDPs and the work of the EUMM.
