On 17 September 2014 the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) received a visit from the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Tomasz Orłowski, who was accompanied by the Polish Ambassador to Georgia Andrzej Cieszkowski as well as representatives of the Eastern Department of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other colleagues from the Polish Embassy to Georgia.
The visitors were greeted by the Head of EUMM Toivo Klaar and attended a briefing about EUMM’s mandate and activities on the ground.
The visit to the Mission was part of a regional trip to the South Caucasus including Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
