On 11 September, a Latvian delegation, headed by the Latvian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Māris Riekstiņš visited the EUMM. In the meeting with Ambassador Haber, Minister Riekstiņš, accompanied by the Latvian Ambassador to Georgia, Andris Vilcāns, shared views on the achievements and future challenges of the Mission.
The Latvian delegation then proceeded to Field Office Gori to follow a patrol and see the EUMM’s work on the ground.
