On 13 July, a senior delegation from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited EUMM and was welcomed by the EUMM Head of Mission, Ambassador Haber.
Ambassador Haber thanked the delegation for the important contribution made to the Mission by the Dutch Government. He briefed the delegation on the general situation in Georgia and gave an overview of the Mission’s activities as well as on its achievements and challenges. The delegation expressed its appreciation of the work of the Mission in seeking to ensure that there was no re-emergence of conflict.
The Dutch delegation visit is the first of a series of high level visits which EUMM will receive in the course of the week.
