On January 31 Chargé d’Affaires at the British Embassy in Tbilisi, Mr David Moran joined a patrol by EUMM Field Office Zugdidi to the Rukhi Bridge, the only official crossing point between Abkhazia and Tbilisi Administered Territory. Every day approximately 500 commuters cross the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL) there in both directions.
