On 11 March 2011, the 10th meeting of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism covering the South Ossetian theatre took place in Ergneti. The meeting was co-facilitated by EUMM and OSCE.
Participants discussed a comprehensive solution to the detention problem, improvements to the freedom of movement along the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL), including agreed crossing points, access to agricultural lands near the Administrative Boundary Line in spring and a number of organisational and procedural questions.
The meeting was held in a positive and constructive atmosphere.
It was agreed that the next meeting will be on 7 April 2011. In the meantime, the participants will work on implementing the commitments made.
