On 7 April 2011, the 11th meeting under the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism, covering the South Ossetian theatre, took place in Dvani. The meeting was co-facilitated by the EUMM and the OSCE.
Participants reviewed recent incidents, and discussed finding a solution to those currently detained on both sides of the Administrative Boundary Line. Procedures for crossing the ABL, in particular to visit family graves, were raised. With the Easter holiday approaching access to churches and cemeteries near to the ABL was also discussed. A range of organisational and procedural issues were covered.
The meeting was held in a businesslike and constructive atmosphere.
It was agreed to have the next meeting on 5 May 2011.
